We are looking for a Clerical / Administration Officer to join a NSW government client based in Goulburn on a 6 month contract.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the client and your duties and responsibilities include:
1. Accurate data entry
2. Customer service
3. Electronic filing and archiving
4. General administrative team tasks
5. Arrange daily courier services, mail pick-up/delivery, and distribution
6. Procurement, including purchase order creation and receipting as required
Skills & Experience
1. Relevant work experience
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Valid Driver's License
4. Ability to travel within NSW
