What you’ll do Manage commercial matters with Strategic Partners & IT Strategic Suppliers, including rate/cost negotiations, disputes, and contracted deliverables Resolve supplier disputes and work with the Suncorp business stakeholders to address supplier performance and governance issues, coordinating improvement plans when necessary Track supplier performance, service levels, metrics, and performance incentive pools Contribute to the strategy for Strategic Partners & IT Strategic Suppliers demand management, including the ability to forecast demand and utilize supplier capacity Develop sourcing approaches aligned with the Suncorp business stakeholders’ strategy, ensuring competitive tension across strategic partners Act as an account manager ITO Strategic Partners & IT Strategic Suppliers, driving continuous improvement by managing performance and service improvement What you’ll bring 5 years of experience working with the Procurement and Vendor management of Outsource or Strategic Vendors.
