About the Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive person-centred clinical care by assessing resident needs and developing tailored care plans, leading and supporting a dedicated care team, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
About You
* Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current registration with AHPRA
* Experience in residential aged care nursing
* Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and clinical software
