Job Title: Clinical Support Lead
As a key member of our team, you will champion clinical excellence in aged care and mentor Service Managers and Clinical Teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our Residential Aged Care services.
* Provide expert mentoring and education to Service Managers and Clinical Teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to clinical improvements initiatives with wider teams and the Chief Clinician to drive positive change.
* Support induction and ongoing education for clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
* Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies to uphold the highest standards of care.
* Collaborate with teams to improve clinical systems, documentation, and care strategies to achieve better outcomes.
* Assist with clinical investigations and embed best practices from the outset to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
