This position offers the candidate an opportunity to join one of Rackley\'s growing squad programs in an organisation committed to supporting coaches, developing the sport, and actively supporting performance and participation pathways.Perks & BenefitsExclusive access to Fitness PassportFree access to our venuesDiscounted learn to swimPlus many more......About the roleThe role is casual and will be based at Caloundra Aquatic Centre, reporting directly to the Head Coach.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Implementation: Assist the Head Coach in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs that address swimmers\' needs across various skill levels.Swimmer Development: Foster a positive and supportive training environment, encourage swimmers\' progress, and facilitate a smooth transition between the Learn-to-Swim and Squad programs.Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Coach and other coaching staff to ensure consistency and high-quality coaching across all programs.Community Engagement: Promote club participation and encourage swimmers to participate in club activities and local, state, and national competitions, attending these to support swimmers\' development.Communication: Maintain positive relationships with swimmers, parents, and the wider community.Aquatics Coaching Professional Development: Demonstrated commitment to continuous career development and a proactive approach to seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in aquatics coaching.Schools Programs: Support the delivery of coaching for School swimming and training programs.About youWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can build and balance the multifaceted nature of the role.
