With over 40 years of experience, we provide high-quality linen hire and laundry services to more than 120 clients across Canberra and its surrounds. The Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a key member of our administration and production team, supporting the delivery of quality linen services. You’ll liaise with internal teams and customers, manage stock and logistics, and contribute to business reporting and administration. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service Excellence : Process orders, respond to inquiries, investigate concerns, and maintain customer profiles. Stock and Inventory Management : Conduct stock takes, monitor linen usage, and support product quality control. Business Analysis and Reporting : Generate reports using Excel, Word, and CLS IT systems to support decision-making. General Administration : Assist with invoicing, procurement, inventory monitoring, and other office operations. Logistics Support : Deliver linen to customers when required using CLS vehicles.
