About the Role
As a Sales Professional, you will drive new business growth by acquiring new clients across assigned sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint through proactive cold calling, targeted prospecting, and strategic closing to meet and exceed monthly targets.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new logos, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver value and experience to potential clients. This is a hunter role, focusing on building commercial relationships from the ground up and executing sales strategies that align with our goal to power every decision with industry-leading data and analytics.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, Australia, with a 5-day office work arrangement.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity
* Schedule and attend sales appointments; qualify prospects through expert discovery and align needs with our solutions
* Define and execute a new business development strategy aligned with our goals and market trends
* Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring value-based pricing and properly scoped contracts
* Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts
* Represent us at industry conferences and events to expand your network and generate new leads
* Analyse sales performance, report regularly, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement
