We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Recovery Specialist to join our team in Darwin. This role is ideal for a Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and making a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans through comprehensive assessments.
* Designing and delivering intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence for individuals with disabilities.
* Creating tailored return-to-work strategies and rehabilitation plans to empower client recovery.
* Identifying and addressing barriers to rehabilitation through practical evidence-based solutions.
* Navigating multiple funding schemes to support client empowerment and recovery.
Requirements:
* Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work, with relevant professional registration and accreditation.
* Ability and willingness to travel, requiring a current vehicle and driver's licence.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
* Strong time management skills, with a keen sense of punctuality.
