Telstra Retail: TSN Assistant Store Manager Warragul is a full-time role (secondment) that supports the Store Manager in leading a retail team within a dynamic Telstra store environment. This position focuses on coaching the team, achieving store targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the induction of current team members
- Coach the store team to meet and exceed targets
- Support the team with customer query escalations
- Act as Store Manager’s right-hand person and step in as needed
- Execute in-store business initiatives to meet financial and customer metrics
- Lead from the front to motivate the team and foster a positive store culture
- Organise the store floor and team schedules to meet customer demand
About you / Qualifications
- Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
- Proven ability to energise and drive a retail team to hit sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence a diverse team
- Proficient at resolving customer issues and applying creative problem-solving
- Excellent communicator who can support the Store Manager during change
