Rostering and Intake Support Officer
$76,000 – $81,000 per year

We are currently seeking to appoint a Rostering and Intake Support Officer, tasked with assisting both the Rostering Manager and Client Intake Engagement Manager with a rage of diverse administration duties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
This position will support the Rostering and Intake teams with:
* Interpret the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and apply to the Roster
* Compiling fortnightly rosters for over 200 staff across multiple locations working rotating 24/7 rosters
* Liaise with staff to coordinate shift preferences, availability, and leave requests
* Apply daily changes in the roster in a timely manner
* Assisting with verifying timesheets in preparation for payroll with accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaising with both new and existing participants and families
* Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
* Assist with the development of Service Agreements and Schedules of Support for new and existing participants
* Maintain participant records as required
This position will also assist the After Hours On-Call team
* Provide after-hours On-Call assistance, on a rostered basis
Key Selection Criteria
* Proven experience in a rostering or scheduling role, preferably within the aged care or disability services sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Proficient in using rostering software and Microsoft Office applications
* The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated experience in, and contemporary understandings of, the Disability Sector in its current environment, including the transition to NDIS and working with the NDIA
* Demonstrated skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and their families/carers to ensure they reach and/or exceed their identified goals

We offer Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 per annum.
Applicants will need to undergo a physical capacity assessment and drug and alcohol test prior to employment. Applicants must also hold both a Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screen Card (Yellow Card) or be willing to obtain prior to employment.
