Key Responsibilities:
* Support the store manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
* Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
* Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.
* Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
Requirements:
* 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels.
* Flexible work schedule and ability to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
