Job Opportunity: Customer Service Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity available for Customer Service Consultants to join our team in Kewdale on a permanent full-time basis. We will provide full training, so if you are looking to start your career in sales and customer service, then look no further
We require the successful candidate to be based in Perth, Western Australia, as this role will be based out of our office in Kewdale.
In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, providing phone and email customer service, sales, and support.
The core responsibilities include:
* Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Commercial and Residential customers
* Proactively making outbound calls to existing customers to promote our products and services
* Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
* Scheduling services for residential customers
* Converting inquiries into sales opportunities
* Liaising with colleagues
* Meeting KPI targets
* Maintaining customer records and ensuring database accuracy and compliance
The ideal candidate must possess:
* Experience in customer service or call centre environments (preferred)
* Must be based in Kewdale, as this is an office-based role
* Previous experience in phone sales and inquiry conversion
* Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
* Availability to work Monday to Friday from the office
