The ideal candidate for this Senior Human Resources Advisor position will have in-depth knowledge of employment laws and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include managing the full employee lifecycle, delivering cyclical P&C programs, and providing expert guidance to leaders and team members on various P&C matters.
This role requires the ability to ensure that P&C policies are up-to-date and compliant with legislation, lead the Health, Wellbeing, and Safety committee, and craft wellbeing initiatives.
Additionally, you will manage P&C reporting, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and support recruitment efforts. As the subject matter expert for the HR System, you will facilitate workshops for the business and leaders, and contribute to P&C project and programs.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as adaptability and agility in high-pressure environments.
