Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team at our Wagga Wagga, NSW location. This on-site role involves assisting customers in selecting off-grid solar products, managing customer inquiries, and providing technical guidance as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, identifying customer requirements, and closing sales to achieve set targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain current knowledge of our product offerings.
QualificationsSales skills, including customer relationship management and negotiating with clients.Proficiency in understanding and explaining solar products, including technical aspects of off-grid systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both customers and team members.Ability to work on-site in North Wagga Wagga, with a track record of punctuality and reliability.Prior experience in renewable energy or sustainability-related fields is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is an asset.High level of motivation, self-discipline, and a drive to achieve sales goals.
