The right candidate will have enthusiasm and passion towards and an eye for design, be sharp with good attention to detail and have great communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience dealing with clientele directly, especially with a technical background, would be beneficial in the application process.
Your main tasks in this role will be to assist the Creative Director with design and to sell and deliver our primary products, websites and marketing packages along with the necessary client liaison and support.
This role will be based in our office in Bunbury, WA. Part-time around school hours is a possibility if needed.
Requirements for the role:
1. Strong verbal and written communication abilities
2. Meticulous attention to detail
3. Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team
4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is valued
5. Basic knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and CSS is preferable
6. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling client emails and phone calls
2. Overseeing our CRM, task and project management systems
3. Office management tasks, including supply orders and mail checks
4. Updating WordPress pages and posts content
5. Front-end graphic design (Basic)
6. Providing support to the marketing and SEO department
7. Handling some quoting and invoicing
8. Scheduling and coordinating client meetings
