Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Florist to join our team on a casual potentially to a part-time. This on-site position is based in Brisbane, QLD. The Florist will be responsible for designing and assembling floral arrangements, creating unique and artistic floral decorations, assisting customers in selecting flowers, and maintaining the shop's aesthetic appeal. The role requires a passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Additional duties may include ordering and organizing floral supplies and ensuring quality control of all products.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
* Strong Creativity and Design skills, with an eye for aesthetics
* Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
* Experience with Decoration for events and occasions
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site setting
* Basic knowledge of caring for and handling flowers is a plus
* Previous experience as a florist or in a related field is desirable
