Support Services Assistant
We're currently hiring a Support Services Assistant to work across our supply and theatre departments at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba on a permanent part‐time basis (25 hours per week).
Job Responsibilities
Maintain an efficient and effective imprest to all our clinical areas, ensuring sufficient stock for service needs. Assist in the timely and cost‐effective procurement of goods and services and deliver information to all interested parties while providing operational support to the manager. Support effective and high‐quality outcomes for patients and customers within other secondary allocated departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience within a Materials Management Environment.
- Experience in stocktake and stock processing with strong computer literacy including stock data entry.
- Self‐motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
- Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to anticipate broader implications of a course of action and plan accordingly.
