Water management is a crucial function of our operation. As such, we are seeking an experienced Water Planning Engineer to join the water management team.
Key responsibilities would include:
o Effective implementation of dry and wet season water strategies
o Water management infrastructure design and optimisation
o Water data analysis and interpretation
o Management of the annual and long-term water balance
o Manage projects relating to water management system improvements

What We’re Looking For:
o Demonstrated experience in a Water Engineering role
o You have a degree in Engineering
o You have experience with software tools for hydraulic design and / or water management systems
o You have strong analytical skills to analyse, interpret and present data
o You have a strong focus on safety
o Prior experience within a mining environment is advantageous
o Ability to be adaptable and have a problem-solving mindset.
o Experience with water testing and result recording
