What You'll Be Doing
* Process & Workflow Optimisation
Analyse, design, and refine production processes to improve efficiency, cost, and quality outcomes.
* Lean & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and streamline operations.
* Capacity & Resource Planning
Support production planning through time studies, line balancing, and resource optimisation.
* Manufacturing & Supplier Collaboration
Work closely with suppliers, engineers, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Data-Driven Decision Making
Collect and interpret performance data to guide process improvements and problem-solving.
* Innovation & Best Practice
Stay across industry advances in materials, automation, and production technology to bring fresh ideas to BWI.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
* At least 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role
* Proven background in lean manufacturing, process improvement, or production optimisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders across levels
* A proactive mindset and the curiosity to challenge the status quo
