The Opportunity
Join our team as an Administration Officer supporting council contracts
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will play an integral role in ensuring seamless coordination between our operations teams, external contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Full time site based – Chullora NSW – Monday to Friday 8.00am start

What you'll be responsible for
Prepare and submit reports for Council contracts as required
Maintain accurate and efficient Customer Database (CRM) records
Undertake general administrative tasks for Council contracts, including database maintenance and customer service file management
Respond to Council requests and enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring customer expectations are met
Complete filing and archiving tasks in accordance with Veolia guidelines and procedures
Build and maintain effective working relationships with Council representatives and team members
What you'll need to be successful
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
Drivers Licence preferred
Reliability and a willingness to learn
Sound skills in building relationships
Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
A strong focus on health and safety
