Accounting Operations Coordinator

We seek an experienced Accounting Operations Coordinator to enhance our hospitality group's financial capabilities.

* Collaborate with the Director and external bookkeeper in establishing a comprehensive accounts function.
* Continuously coordinate and manage the accounts payable process.
* Regularly prepare supplier reconciliations.
* Resolve queries and requests for payment from suppliers and other stakeholders.
* Support payroll operations, including employee file management.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong experience and knowledge of accounting systems and processes.
* Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
* Ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
* Confidence to make decisions and work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily accounting activities.
2. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.
4. Provide support for financial planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting operations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
