**The Role**:
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our dealership.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any necessary updates.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and accessories that enhance customers' vehicle ownership experience.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on service packages, extended warranties, and vehicle upgrades, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including work orders and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
