**Events & Promotions Coordinator**
The Star Gold Coast is hiring an Events & Promotions Coordinator to join the dynamic marketing team and assist the Gaming Marketing Manager in the execution of Extraordinary Moments In this exciting role, you will be assisting the Gaming Events Marketing Manager in the administration and execution of event campaigns related to gaming events. This position is perfect for the individual wanting to commence into their events and/or marketing career, gaining valuable networks and relationships.
- This is a permanent full-time role in Gold Coast
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Administrative support for management in implementing gaming events and promotions to achieve revenue growth targets and meet strategic consumer group activities.
- Co-ordination and execution of Event Orders, including sourcing of promotional items to support individual events.
- Liaison with multiple suppliers for event execution requirements.
- Ticketing, menu and transport requirement for all of The Star corporate facilities.
- Providing creative and digital briefs to provide invitations to support the Events Calendar.
- Achieve specific budgetary controls and appropriate monthly reporting requirements.
- Maintain timely and comprehensive communications to all relevant business stakeholders for all events and specific promotional activities.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience in events.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Predominantly Monday to Friday, however, there will be occasional weekend or out of hours requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisation skills.
- Ability to ensure professional work complies with RSA and RSG codes, and relevant statutory requirements.
