As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled ICT Specialist to manage and enhance our technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable systems that support our business operations and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Security
* Procure and maintain technological equipment.
* Implement and monitor security protocols, including cyber breach alerts.
* Maintain operational and security software updates.
* Manage IT asset and software registers.
* Review and update backup and disaster recovery plans.
Systems & Applications
* Manage and maintain local servers.
* Establish and manage ERP software for business operations.
* Provide IT solutions to improve workflows (e.g., API integrations, email templates).
Web & E-Commerce
* Manage company website and develop a functional online store.
Fleet & Access Control
* Implement GPS tracking for fleet management.
* Oversee business security systems, cameras, and access control.
Training & Support
* Provide or arrange ICT training for team members.
* Offer technical support and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT experience
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and network administration.
* Excellent planning, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Current driver's license.
Desirable
* 10+ years of ICT experience.
* Experience with ERP systems, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), and e-commerce platforms.
