Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology
Sydney Office - Hybrid
$70,000 - $90,000 Plus Commission upto 40% & Quarterly Bonuses

Apply Now - As a PE-backed recruitment organisation, we are investing in growth & transformation and looking for multiple Senior Recruitment Consultants with experience recruiting in a niche market of technology such as software development or software engineering to play a key role
The role:
* Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
* Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking
* Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
* Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
* Negotiating with both clients and candidates
You will need:
* Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market
* Proven track record of sales billings and success across Contract Or Permanent recruitment.
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Commission upto 40% in addition to quarterly bonuses.
