Job Title: Senior Mechanical Operations Lead
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Operations Lead to oversee the assembly, installation and commissioning of systems at our construction site in Mount Gambier SA.
* Responsible for supervising mechanical and electrical technicians on site
* Lead assembly team with 5-10 personnel effectively
* Ensure compliance with safety standards on construction site
The ideal candidate should have:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Supervisor in erection of wood construction plants
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
