Sales and Training Leadership Position
As a performance-driven sales leader, you will be responsible for driving high-quality loan origination and coaching a team of Loan Officers (LOs) in origination boot camps, pipeline management, customer service excellence, and personalized development plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate high-quality mortgage loans and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among LOs.
* Motivate LOs to meet individual and sales goals; track performance metrics and provide corrective coaching.
* Design comprehensive training materials and deliver live and virtual training sessions on topics such as loan origination workflows, compliance requirements, and internal platforms.
* Develop personalized development plans for LOs and facilitate one-on-one skill assessments and feedback sessions.
* Ensure timely delivery and high engagement in all training sessions.
