About the Role
* Oversee
Service, Sales, Aftermarket, and Administration
functions.
* Balancing finance and operational targets, through
strategic vision and day-to-day execution

* Manage talent development and
hands-on
mentoring.
* Build
strong customer relationships
through service and technical support.
* Participate in sales tendering and sales support presentations.
* Drive continuous improvement and
operational excellence
.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' management experience in
manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial maintenance
.
* Tertiary qualifications in
Engineering, Business Management, or Commerce
(preferred) and/or strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of
team development and strategic planning
.
* A leadership style that
inspires
performance and accountability.
* Proven sales and customer service capability
* High degree of
professionalism
with excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
* Flexibility to travel regionally, interstate, and occasionally overseas.
