HR Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled HR Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and support leaders and staff across multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
* Support managers with meetings, documentation, and coaching conversations.
* Assist in delivering cyclical activities that build engagement, diversity, and retention.
* Collate and report on trends, highlighting areas for recognition and improvement.
* Work closely with other teams to roll out projects and initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have around two years' experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, engagement, and general people support.
They will bring strong foundational knowledge and a genuine hunger to grow, develop, and build a long-term career in HR.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
* Experience supporting leaders in HR and employee relations matters.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage and collaborate at all levels of the business.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
