Key Responsibilities
1. Implement Programs: Develop and deliver engaging educational programs that meet the needs of our children, adhering to the centre philosophy and Code of Conduct.
2. Organise Environments: Ensure the indoor and outdoor spaces are safe, well-organised, and equipped for learning.
3. Support Transitions: Facilitate smooth, calm, and purposeful transitions during daily routines.
4. Train and Develop: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in implementing the Kids First early years model.
