Role Description
We are seeking Mechanical Reliability Engineers with a strong capability in data, M/L and Python coding. Equally comfortable in the field and in code, applying condition monitoring and predictive analytics to improve asset health and uptime.
What you'll work on
* Predictive maintenance strategies for mining assets - rotating equipment, processing plant, mobile fleet
* Python-based models and workflows for sensor and historian data
* Near real-time asset health insights via IoT and industrial data platforms
* FMEA, RCA, and asset management framework support
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in reliability principles
* Proficiency in python coding, machine learning models, generative AI
* Experience in Project Management within engineering contexts
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
