About the Role
The Department of Justice is seeking a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the DIAWD team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives that advance workforce diversity and foster inclusion across the Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, deliver, and monitor various Diversity and Inclusion projects and programs aligned with the Department's Workforce Diversification and Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan.
* Collaborate with a wide range of teams to maintain and build a high level of diversity and inclusion capability, positioning the Department as an employer of choice in relation to the attraction, retention, and support of employees.
* Deliver key initiatives, including involvement in programs such as our flagship Graduate Program.
