Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for casual roles (38 hours per week) with our valued client in Forbes NSW, across the following positions: Labourers and Truck Drivers (HR Licence or higher required)-excellent opportunities for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with experience in manual labour or professional driving, looking to join a supportive and well-established team.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with road maintenance and upgrades
-Operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed
-Drive trucks to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
-Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and equipment
-Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
-Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
-Working away for periods at a time
Requirements:
-Valid HR driver's license
-Previous experience in a labour or driving role
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Commitment to safety and following all protocols and procedures
-Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol tests at random
-Ability to work away from home for periods at a time
