Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, caring, people-centric hospitality professional to join the Figtree Hotel Team as one of our Pokies Attendants. Assisting our Gaming Leadership Team to successfully operate the Hotel's gaming related operations in a hands-on, front of house role.

Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting your Gaming Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements. Main responsibilities include:
* Working alongside a cohesive team to offer an outstanding customer experience
* Maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation to uphold exceptional standards
* Utilising problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment
* Fulfilling a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in alignment with hotel operating hours
* Possessing a current/valid RSA, RSG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
