**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Conducting face to face client engagement where required

- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits

**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experiences of sales / business develop business in Australia
- Natural Resources and Energy knowledge highly desirable, but not essential
- **Fluent BOTH English and Japanese (Japanese communication is essential for the position)**:
- Effective communication skills. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
- Have driver's license
- The ability to travel as needed
- Goal-oriented. Strong business acumen skills
