Your purpose
As a Consultant, you'll actively shape careers and create genuine impact for professionals and organisations. In partnership with your team, you will guide clients and candidates through the hiring process end-to-end, operating as a trusted advisor. You will contribute by:
* Building and maintaining strong business relationships
* Developing an active and passive talent pipeline
* Analysing market trends and sharing insights with customers
* Acquiring candidates via networking, social media, referrals and key platforms
* Conducting pre-screening, technical and cultural assessments, and reference checks
* Managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
