Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing & Administration Assistant to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This full-time role is integral to our Business Support Team, working alongside the Accounts and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Social Media Accounts and Website content.
* Create engaging content for marketing purposes across various platforms.
* Generate Rental and Sales leads
* Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
* Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
* Digital Content Creation Experience and Familiarity with graphic design tools or video editing software.
* Sales Experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* IT Systems and Computer Program experience
* Database system experience
* Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role preferred but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
* Proficient in using office software including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills with strong time management abilities
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently
