Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals within their homes, focusing on independence and enhancing their overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
* Frequent visits with clients in their residences, providing daily support and assistance with personal care
* In-home care services encompassing showering, hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and ironing
* Care delivery aligned with personalized Care Plans
* Support offered for community-based recreational and social activities
* Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Requirements:
* Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification – Essential
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
* A roadworthy and insured vehicle available for work use – Essential
