About the Role Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Engineering will play a key role in shaping and delivering CETS's technical strategy and solutions for our global clientele.
You will lead the engineering function across a diverse project slate, build and manage a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering team across all CETS projects and initiatives.
Oversee the development and delivery of innovative technical solutions.
Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure projects are adequately resourced with well structured delivery capability.
Drive recruitment of top-tier engineering talent to support business growth.
Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure delivery timelines and technical standards are met across all projects.
About You Proven leadership experience within engineering roles in the Film & Television industry desirable.
Strong background in broadcast, post-production, and IT systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
Must have Australian work rights.
