About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex industrial demolition and decommissioning projects across multiple sites. This hands-on role will suit someone with a background in heavy industry and a strong understanding of demolition methodologies, general civils, safety compliance, and large-scale project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of Civil & demolition projects, from planning through to completion
* Oversee site mobilisation, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination
* Ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget
* Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
* Lead teams across multiple sites, providing direction and support
* Engage with stakeholders and provide regular reporting on progress and risks
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing complex Civil Works, industrial demolition or decommissioning projects
* Strong understanding of structural demolition sequencing, temporary works, and high-risk activities
* Excellent project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage diverse project teams in fast-paced environments
* Familiarity with safety-critical project execution and regulatory compliance
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred)
* Competency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel nationally
