This role requires a hands‐on developer who can confidently lead and execute SharePoint migration activities while supporting the enhancement of modern workplace solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute SharePoint On‐Premise to SharePoint Online migration activities.
* Utilise ShareGate to plan, analyse, migrate, and validate content.
* Design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions to support business processes.
* Review, update, and support workflows created using Nintex (both on‐prem and cloud environments).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, secure SharePoint solutions.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SharePoint environments, integrations, permissions, and data structures.
* Provide documentation, best practice guidance, and post‐migration support.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Strong hands‐on experience as a SharePoint Developer.
* Demonstrated experience performing SharePoint On‐Prem to SharePoint Online migrations.
* Proficiency with ShareGate migration tool (essential).
* Solid experience developing Power Apps and working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
* Working knowledge of Nintex workflows (on‐prem and/or online).
* Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site designs, lists, libraries, content types, and permissions.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
