The role
Reporting to the Strategy and Insights Team Leader, Strategic Communications Branch you will be responsible for carefully analysing and assessing communications enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders to determine alignment to departmental plans and priorities and assisting stakeholders to translate their communications enquiries and requests into succinct, actionable communications briefs, and delegate these briefs for action across the branch.
Furthermore, you will be respomsible for coordinating prompt, effecicient and accurate responses to communication briefs, enquiries and requests in line with branch policies and procedures.
The successful person
To be successful in the role, you will have strong customer service expertise including strong administrative and inbox management skills and well-developed communication skiis, with an ability to effectively interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff.
In addition to this, you will have the ability to work as a team member with a high level of autonomy to manage your daily workloads and to achieve the goals of the branch.
