About T4 Mining Services
T4 Mining Services is a growing underground coal mining contractor operating across the Bowen Basin. Due to current operational requirements and a number of upcoming projects in the pipeline, we are seeking experienced underground mining professionals to join our teams now, as well as Expressions of Interest for future roles as new projects commence.

Roles available now & roles of interest
We are currently recruiting and also accepting EOIs for experienced candidates across Development, Outbye and Conveyors, including:
* Project Managers
* Coordinators
* Supervisors
* Miner Drivers
* Trades - Electrical & Mechanical
* Operators
Subcontracting opportunities are available and encouraged.
Locations & rosters
Roles are based across the Bowen Basin, Queensland (approximately 2 hours from Mackay).
Current and future roles may include:
* Equal time rosters (7 on / 7 off, with a shorter final shift)
* Camp accommodation and meals provided
* Bus transport to and from site and Mackay Airport
* Opportunities across development, outbye and conveyor crews

Skills and experience we're looking for:
· Substantial experience working in an underground mining environment
· Strong operational skills and the ability to safely operate a range of mining equipment
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Commitment to workplace health and safety
· Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
· Relevant qualifications or certifications in mining operations would be highly regarded
· Surface and Underground Standard 11 certification
· Current Coal Board Medical
· Valid Australian Driver's License
· Relevant Trade Qualifications (for trade roles)
