ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

9 Day Fortnight

Do you need a change? Are you administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the electrical industry? We are looking for a dynamic Administration Officer to join our friendly, fast-paced team

Role overview:

As a Administration Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of all works.

Key Responsibilities:

* General administrative tasks: Ensure accurate record keeping, updating and managing company documentation, create and modify templates. Ensure all administrative functions are handled efficiently.
* Simpro software management: Assist with day-to-day requirements, including the creation of quotes, scheduling, tasks, and ensuring return visits are managed smoothly.
* Coordination with builders: Communicate with builders regarding onsite variations and queries, ensuring any issues are addressed efficiently.
* Project auditing: Stay across project timelines, flagging any potential issues, and assisting with general project administration to ensure projects remain on track.
* Warehouse support: Assist with warehouse coordination to help ensure materials and equipment are prepared and available for upcoming jobs. Support the movement and organisation of stock as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and has strong communication skills. You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and experience required:

* A positive 'make it happen' attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
* Proficiency with administration software packages such as Microsoft.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.

An Advantage

* Experience with trade software programs (Simpro | Tradify | Servicemate) Please specify in application previous experience.
* Experience in project scheduling within the electrical or construction industry is an advantage.
