The Role We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer based in Melbourne to join our growing team of 20 developers. You’ll bring strong backend expertise to support a team that is currently frontend-heavy, helping us build and scale the systems that construction teams rely on every day. You’ll work on products used to deliver major infrastructure such as highways, bridges, and hospitals—software that underpins projects millions of people will depend on for decades. This is a hands-on engineering role, with close day-to-day collaboration with our Melbourne-based CTO and Head of Engineering, while also working alongside our established Philippines-based engineering team. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges across our entire stack, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to architecting robust backend systems that enable real-time collaboration at scale.
