Career Opportunities: Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning and delivery across time, cost and quality metrics. You will also assist in managing civil infrastructure and landscape works from inception to completion.
Your tasks will include:
* Supporting project planning and delivery across time, cost and quality metrics
* Assisting in managing civil infrastructure and landscape works from inception to completion
* Collaborating with contractors, consultants and approval authorities to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitoring budgets and driving cost efficiencies
* Championing health, safety and environmental excellence on site and in the office
* Contributing to best practice in project management systems and processes
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
* Experience in civil infrastructure or similar project delivery
* Ability to manage contractors and consultants effectively
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Understanding of project management tools, techniques and contract administration
* Familiarity with planning, design and construction in urban development
