The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining project budgets & forecasts
Completing variance analysis
Maintaining project price lists & preparing sales data analysis
Assisting the CFO in preparing management reports
End-of-month & end-of-year ledger reconciliations
Preparing monthly & quarterly BAS
Processing accounting transactions, e.g., accruals, interest charges
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
Other ad hoc duties to support the team
The Successful Applicant
You are CA/CPA qualified, with experience in a chartered environment or property development/construction. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a willingness to support key stakeholders. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
