We are seeking a Permanent Part Time People and Culture Services Partner to join our dedicated team. The role involves working 4 days per week and reporting directly to the General Manager People Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Generalist HR role with responsibility across all people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.
* Leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions.
Requirements
You will have:
* Proven expertise in project and change management with a history of implementing initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal and diplomacy skills enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organisation.
* Experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees.
* Demonstrated ability to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way.
* Strong planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
* Hands-on experience in a similar role.
* A big heart and a strengths-based approach to people leadership.
