**The Opportunity**
Bubba Pizza has experienced tremendous growth over the span of its 20 years as a family run business. We are entering another exciting period of growth and are offering an exciting opportunity for experienced Store Managers to join our corporate team. Training will be provided instore with one of our Operations Team.
- We are looking for Store Managers for our Lilydale Store._
**Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for**:
- The day to day running of your Corporate Bubba Pizza Outlet. This is a hands-on Management role.
- Maintaining sales growth targets.
- Onboarding and training of all staff and developing your team.
- Wage control and staff rostering as per Head Office guidelines.
- Stock control and weekly stock-takes.
- Local Marketing Program.
- Maintaining the store standards as per the Operations Manual.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the implementation of new initiatives outlined by Bubba Pizza.
- Working directly with Head Office Operations Team in achieving its short term and long-term goals for the company network set by Bubba Pizza.
- People management skills.
- Retail/Hospitality/QSR experience.
- Management experience.
- Basic financial skills.
