Responsibilities

- Proactively build and maintain employer relationships
- Understand employers’ businesses, their employment needs and processes
- Engage job-ready candidates to maximise employment opportunities
- Match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs with an outcome-focused, high-performance approach

About You

- Demonstrated experience cold calling and approaching potential clients
- Demonstrated success in proactive business development
- Time management and delivery of a high-quality service
- Advanced relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
- Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
